A primary school is established in 1980s for unfortunate students by a great woman Zarina Khatun. Her primary intention was to support street children by providing them proper education and shelter. The name of the school then became Zarina Kharun Primary School located in Hatirpool, Dhaka, Bangladesh. The school supports students by providing them free educational accessories, books, notebooks and food etc. There are full time teachers of science, maths, arts, music and other necessary subjects related with primary level education. More than hundred students study in this school. They had been facing sitting problem as there were not enough sitting tools, benches and tables. They were using wooden long tables with benches and many of those were found rotten and unusable. After discussing with the authority of the school, we decided to give them sitting bench and table so that students would be able to sit and keep their belongings on table. Those benches and tables are made of steel that would last for long time. The roof of the school is built by using tin and there are many holes in it. During the rainy season, water drops from the roof and students need to move out. They still need support for repairing roof and floor. Your kind support would make a significant change of those children’s life and would help for smooth running of the school.
